and once again i lose
I love my dog. She is the most gentle dog you will ever come across. She is really playful and kisses you whenever you pet her. She loves attention and will do pretty much anything to get it from you. Her name is Sadie. Recently, as I was playing with her, I noticed there was a dent in her right eye. I did not know how this could ever happen. The eye was red and became extremely infected. Each day got worse and worse. My mom and I took her to the vet to see what our options were for her. She told us to give her drops, but they didn’t work. The drops cost up to $400 per bottle. The bottles are no bigger than your pinky finger. We took her back and she was put on a stronger type of medicine, which is even more expensive. I hope Sadie gets better, because I love her with all of my heart. She has been with me through everything, ever since I was 7. She is the only thing that can make me smile when I’m extremely sad, no matter what. I can’t imagine her becoming blind. She would bang into walls, be startled whenever somebody touches her, forget where her bed is, be even more scared when thunder storms come, because she wouldn’t even be able to see where we are. She would be scared and horrified. I don’t want her to go blind. Chances are she will need surgery and that costs over a thousand dollars. She’s gotten surgery on her eye before but that only lasted a couple years until complications arose. She also has diabetes and goes into diabetic shock once in a while.
Why am I telling you about her? Because I need help. I need to get money for my dog to be able to get the operation if necessary. If you reblog this, it would mean the world to me.
